Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of
a) ordered hotel stay (hotel accommodation only) less than 24 hours prior to arrival or no show, eventually early departure, hotel will apply cancellation charge to the original order.
b) ordered spa, medical-wellness, wellness or sport stay hotel will apply the following cancellation charges:
Number of days prior to arrival / % of cancellation charge from net price of the Service Order
7 - 0, no-show / 90 %
In case of your early termination of the stay without a serious reason caused by Force Majeure, all charges will be charged to the original order.
c) Purchased voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money. In the case of a booked stay within the voucher, a change of date is possible up to 14 days before arrival. The first change is free of charge, further changes may incur a fee. The possibility of using the voucher is based on the current availability of the hotel, we recommend booking in advance.
New Year's Eve
The price of New year's stays includes an obligatory surcharge for All inclusive programme (EUR 190,- / person over 15 years old, children 4-14 years incl.: EUR 95,-).
Children's policy
Child 0 - 3 years incl.: Accommodation in baby bed incl. boarding free of charge.
Child 4 - 14 years incl.: Price for children is valid only for hotel accommodation with breakfast with extra charge for half or fullboard eventually and for wellness stays. Wellness programs for children aged 4-14 years have some limitations concerning procedures. For more information contact our reservation department staff or receptionists.
Child 15 years and up: prices for adults.
Children treatment
Treatment is available from the age of 15 for full adult price. Child under 15 years of age covers price of hotel accommodation with extra charge for half or fullboard eventually. After the pediatric examination, which is paid by the guest, the specific procedures will be recommended. Price for procedures will be paid by the guest, according to the valid pricelist for spa services.
Caution:
Because pregnancy is considered as contraindication pregnant women can choose only from a limited list of procedures. If you are or might be pregnant, please inform the staff about this fact beforehand.

The booking confirmation email that you will receive on completing your booking will contain full details on how to cancel your booking online.

The Personal Data Processor - is Bookolo System s.r.o., which through the Booking Engine application collect reservations and data send to the Personal data manager.
The data subject is a natural person who provided the controller with his or her personal data on the basis of a lease agreement, purchase contract, service contract or other agreement entered into with the trustee or consent to the processing of personal data as part of subscription to newsletters sent by the trustee. The subject of the data may also be a natural person whose personal data the administrator has obtained from other legal sources.
Scope of processing of personal data
The administrator processes the personal data to the extent that the data subjects are provided to it, or to what extent the administrator obtains it from other legal sources. These are: name, surname, date of birth, place of residence, place of business, identification number, credit card number, tax identification number, e-mail, telephone, signature.Purpose of processing of personal data
The administrator processes the personal data of the data subjects in order to fulfill the contract concluded between the data subject and the controller in the form of electronic means of communication at a distance or in writing, the fulfillment of legal obligations and direct marketing (ie offering of products and services to the administrator) in the sense of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services. The business message of the controller sends only if the data subject has subscribed to the newsletter or if the controller has obtained the details of the electronic contact of the data subject in connection with the sale of his products or services.
